It's the Little Ministries That Count
We spend a lot of time with the ministries that are up front and public, but those little ministry groups that are behind the scenes, are so vital to our congregation. In particular I would like to thank those seven or eight people who make the meals for the funerals. What a great work of consolation and service. They do their work without much notice, but when called upon they fly into action like a strike team. So to all the small ministries and to all those who do the little things, I want to thank you as your pastor.
On this day, these workers of the Lord are to be commended for their servant heart to a family in need of the Lord's love and strength. May God continue to work through them to uplift with this important work of the Lord.
THANK YOU!
Having experienced the work of this wonderful group first hand I would like to say, again, thank you. Thank you for what you did for my family and what you continue to do for others today. You provide something at a time when "planning and organizing" is virtually impossible for families who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Please know that you are loved very much!
